All the staff interactions were kind, they made the visit more pleasant to counter any chaos that came with customers allowing their kids to run around unsupervised. The manager alline and her employee kellan both women were extremely professional and patient with us with placing our order and managing guest interactions throughout the restaurant.

The customer service here was terrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. When we arrived, the greeter was lying back in a chair and scrolling on her phone instead of greeting customers. Several people walked in, and she didn't even turn around to acknowledge them. Throughout our visit, staff kept reminding everyone about closing time every 10 minutes, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Then, 15 minutes before the posted closing time, we were told we couldn't redeem the points we had earned because they had already "closed" the system. The entire staff appeared to be teenagers, and there didn't seem to be any manager or supervisor present to provide guidance or ensure customers were being treated properly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the lack of professionalism made us feel like our business wasn't valued. Only upside was the food was good. Definitely not coming to this location again

This branch shows strong potential but is currently operating without the leadership structure it needs to succeed. Establishing experienced management with the right qualifications would be the key first step to getting things on track

Went to Chuckie Cheese yesterday, walked in was greeted by an assistant manager, that let me through and then continued her conversation with another employee. This was around 1:43 pm, they're were talking for a good while and then both walked to the back and continued their conversation as the entrance stayed by itself. There was one person at the register ( Kellan), this young lady was very helpful to the people. There was another young lady in the kitchen , looks like she was prepping in the back (Jasel) this young lady came out and took her break for maybe 15 minutes and went back in to clean the kitchen. Mind you that Kellan was asked to go on break and was still trying to help customer's at the kid check. Kwllan got up from break let one customer in with a baby and a young boy, she went back and sat down. The assistant manager, then assisted the gentleman with the kids, told him to download the scan code off the advertisement that is on the counter. After that the assistant manager went to the back for another 20 minutes and left the front unattended. As I wanted to order, the gentleman was still waiting at the counter, I asked him had he been helped and he said the lady wen

I recently had the most fantastic time at Chuck E. Cheese, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! Bringing my little ones here was an absolute delight, and seeing their faces light up with pure joy made my day. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was simply electric – buzzing with excitement and laughter. The sheer variety of games kept everyone entertained for hours. My kids were beside themselves, running from one game to another, collecting tickets, and just having an absolute blast. It’s truly one of the most kid-friendly places imaginable for a fun outing with pizza and games. Beyond the games, the food was surprisingly good, and the service was genuinely stellar. The staff were professional, incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable visit. There was plenty of free parking, which made the arrival and departure stress-free. What really stood out was how happy my children were. Their eyes lit up with excitement, and that's all a parent could ask for. Chuck E. Cheese isn't just a place for games; it's a place where magical memories are made, and I can't wait to go back!
